For those who are interested in my upcoming trip and for my own recollections- I will try to capture thoughts and photos on this blog of my trip to Germany. I will be away 17 Nov-10 Dec 2010.
The purpose of the trip is two fold:
1. to reconnect with family- two cousins and their families and my aunt
2. to attend an exhibit celebrating the art and life of my grandfather, Carl Schleusing on the anniversary of his 145th birthday in Sömmerda, his home town, located in Thüringen.
